Warringah Mall Newsagency team member Phillip said the outlet is celebrating after selling the top prize winning Instant Scratch-Its.

“It’s been a couple of years since we’ve sold a top prize winning Instant Scratch-Its, so it’s great to be back on a winning streak,” he said.

“And what great timing for this player to win $10,000 just before Christmas!”
